"This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven" - Acts 1:11

The theme of this website is the return of God's Son (Jesus Christ) to this earth as He promised (John 14:3, Matthew 26:64). There is a kingdom coming to inherit very soon, one which will be ruled by the Lord in righteousness and truth (Psalm 9:8).

Will you be a part of Christ's kingdom? You must be born again (saved) to enter that kingdom.

Are you saved?

A simple child-like faith in Jesus is all that God requires of you to be saved.

Luke 18:17-"Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein".

Jesus desires those who will come to Him innocently like a child (without pride or self-righteousness) for salvation.

Matthew 18:3-"Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven".

The Lord has made salvation so simple that even a small child can understand and be saved. But many people stumble at the simplicity of the gospel (the good news) of salvation. Jesus offers salvation to anyone who will come to Him.

John 6:37-"Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out".

The Lord drew the comparison to little children for the specific purpose of showing that salvation is easy to receive. It is simply a gift received by faith in the One giving it.

For years now, many believers in Christ have been anticipating His return. Thousands of saved ("born again") believers in Christ will one day vanish off the face of the earth in an event (the Rapture) which the apostle Paul wrote about in First Thessalonians 4:14-17 and First Corinthians 4:51-52.

Jesus Christ will remove from this world (taking them to heaven) all of the living believers who were "born again" or "saved" by faith in His blood atonement for their sins. And if you find yourself still on this earth after these disappearances occur, then know for certain that you were never truly saved, no matter what you professed to believe.

There will be millions of professing "Christians" and morally "good" people of all nationalities left behind after the Rapture occurs. Why? Because they never completely (from the heart) placed their faith or trust in the atoning work of Christ on their behalf for the forgiveness of their sins. For most, a head knowledge of God was all they had. But salvation is a matter of the heart (Romans 6:17).

Don’t be confused or deceived when you see and hear that certain "Christian" leaders, priests, and pastors are still here. They were left behind for the same reason you were, not truly trusting in Jesus Christ as the only way to be saved.

Many of you believe that you are a "good" person and deserve to go to heaven by your own merit.

Proverbs 20:6-"Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find"?

Many lost souls believe that God will grant them salvation based upon a life of good deeds or self-sacrifice. But the Holy Bible states otherwise.

Romans 3:10-"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: [11] There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. [12] They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one".

Only God Himself can be called "good". And that was the point Jesus made in the following passage...

Mark 10:17-"And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? [18] And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God".

Many sincere people think they are saved because they attend church, believe in the existence of God, or keep the sacraments. Some also think that being a "Christian" means living a good life, being baptized, or belonging to a particular church denomination.

Before we give you the good news, we must show you why you are in big trouble with God.

God is holy and hates sin. Being just, He cannot simply overlook sin. Unless someone pays the penalty for your sins against Him, you are in awful trouble now (John 3:36) and even worse trouble on judgment day (Matthew 7:21-23)!

We have all, without exception, broken God's moral laws (Romans 3:23). We are all liars, haters, murderers, adulterers, and blasphemers at heart (Mark 7:21). Be honest with yourself; have you always done what was right?

James 4:17-"Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin".

The wages (something you earn) for sinning against God is death (Romans 6:23 and Ezekiel 18:4). And knowing that we could never undo the damage of sin on our own, God Himself paid the penalty for our sins to redeem us (Colossians 1:14, Second Corinthians 5:17-19). This was done so sinners could not only escape the damnation of hell, but to give us eternal life in heaven.

Second Corinthians 5:21-"For he (God) hath made him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin (Jesus never sinned); that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (Jesus)".

If you were to stand before God today in your own goodness or righteousness, you would be found guilty of violating His laws and justly condemned to an eternity in hell. No matter how "religious" you think you are, you could never do enough good deeds to earn salvation or even make up for having sinned in the first place. That’s why Jesus died for you; because salvation cannot be earned! It is an undeserved gift that is all of God, all of mercy, and all of grace. And nothing of yourself!

Listen up, God is right now willing to save you. You have been given yet another opportunity. That is why He (God) became a man (Jesus) and came down here to be beaten and crucified on your behalf. He lived a perfect life (never once sinning) as a man and then offered His perfect life as a sacrificial payment for your lost soul. Because of what Jesus did on your behalf, God can now (if you are willing) exchange the filthy record of your life of sinning for the perfect record of His sinless Son! That is how one becomes saved, born again, forgiven, and accepted by God.

God accepted Jesus’ payment for your sins and will now exchange your rotten record of sins for Christ’s perfect record of righteousness.

How do you receive this exchange?

Acts 20:21-"Repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ".

When Jesus died in your place, God the Father accepted that payment. Now He offers His salvation to you as a free gift, only asking you to simply believe (by faith) that what He accomplished on the cross was sufficient.

Simply believe the good news (the “gospel” of salvation) that Christ paid it all!

You must stop working (trying to earn your way to heaven by your “good works”) and believe the “gospel” from your heart, totally resting in what Jesus accomplished on your behalf.

It is by grace that we are saved and not by merit. Grace means unmerited favor, and that is exactly what God/Jesus will do for you! You can come to God through His Son with a simple childlike faith, believing that Jesus took your place and paid the wages (that which you earned) for your sin.

Titus 3:5-"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us".

Ephesians 2:8-"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast".

When Jesus died for you, He legally reversed the death sentence that you earned by sinning against Him. If you now for the first time have finally understood and realized your true condition before God, you can come to God for salvation through His Son, simply believing by faith that Jesus took your place. That is what saves the soul!

Jesus said ...

“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

You must receive the Lord Jesus Christ by an act of faith, believing from the heart that He took your place of punishment and paid for your sins.

John 1:12-"But as many as received him (Jesus), to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his (Jesus') name".

You see, Jesus was and is God Himself in the flesh! And as such (sinless), He was the only sacrifice for your sin that would be acceptable to God the Father. If you want to be saved, you must repent toward God and believe the gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ from your heart. Only then will you become a child of God and be eternally saved from the wrath of God (hell).

Why have we gone to such great lengths to explain salvation?

Primarily because sinful mankind has turned salvation, something the Lord made very simple, into a warped mess of good works and rules to follow. And there is nothing child-like in that!

Now you know the truth based upon God's word, the Holy Bible. Please come to Jesus like a little child, believing that He paid it all for you. Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).

John 5:24-"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life".
